Coogs Finish 3rd in AAII

The UH men’s team finished 3rd in the All America Intercollegiate Invitational (AAII) at Golf Club of Houston this weekend. After holding the first round lead, UH slipped to second after two rounds and finished behind the top ranked teams in the field, Baylor and Vanderbilt. Leading the Coogs was Michael Perras, who finished the tournament at -4 with rounds of 73-70-69 – tying for 7th. Matt Scobie (69-71-75) and Papito Gonzalez (70-73-72) both finished at 215 (-1).
